The fun begins on Friday evening, May 27, with a pizza party at the Bustle Headquarters, Mohawk Residence & Conference Centre.

Everyone is welcome to join old friends and new, both two-legged and four!  We will also have a quirky little contest or two, with great prizes -- and let's not forget some very yummy pizza from a fabulous local pizzeria.

The Pizza Party is the ultimate way to begin your basset filled weekend and we look forward to seeing you there.

Don't forget:  We will have pre-registration and photography sign up at the Pizza Party.  Sign up on Friday night and just breeze on in to the Bustle on Saturday!  If you are unable to participate on Saturday, please join on us on Friday if you can.

Basset Bustle Extravaganza, 2011   -   11:00-3:00

Please try to register early to avoid the crowds.  Bring your pledges and get all of the information you need to have a delightful day.

We will also be signing up bassets for spots for the 2012 Basset Hound Rescue of Ontario calendar photo shoot to take place throughout the day.  Each spot is $5 to cover the photographer's cost of film and supplies.

The hottest fashion accessory around -- please don't forget to pick up your complimentary Rescue bandana free for the first 200 Bassets.

11:30-11:50  Basset Bustle Extravaganza Kick-Off
All of the bassets will line up in one grand "Parade Around The Park" basset-line to kick off the 2011 Basset Bustle.  Featuring the 2011 Basset Rescue AmBassetDor.

Don't forget your camera!

All pledges supporting this effort are to benefit Basset Hound Rescue of Ontario and all of the bassets that need help.  This is an event you will never forget!

The Big Basset Raffle Extravaganza features some wonderful raffle prizes.

• BHRO Calendar Photoshoot Extravaganza  Don't forget to sign up for your spot at registration for your opportunity for your basset to be in the 2012 Basset Hound Rescue of Ontario Calendar.  Our fabulous photographer, Mariah Hilton from Bunch We Lunch With Photography, will be photographing the dogs in various time slots throughout the day.

• 12:00-1:00  Face Painting  Kids who want to be basset for a day can come get their face painted by our team.  There is no age-limit!  Just fun for all.
